Guide notes- Role
- Rush-refresh melee Duelist — resets on kills and snowballs Attack Speed
- Best for
- Aggressive boards that can give Nyx a tanked opener, then let her chain Wild Flurry resets
- Strength
- Kill resets re-cast her combo; Ferality stacks Attack Speed/Attack per Rush trigger across the fight
- Weakness
- Needs the first 10–20 seconds covered — if she eats the opener she never starts the reset train

How to play
Decision notes for shops and formation — not a copy of the in-game panel.
Early
Do not start her alone on the dive tile. Buy a tank or let someone else eat the first hit (community clears even mention Rank B Nyx needing early tanking). Rank her once she can live to the first kill.
Mid
Keen-Eyed = execute threshold for Assassins/Duelists (Backup). Wild/Ferality = Rush AS stacking carry. Spark = Stall DoTs on autos. Most “Nyx carry” runs want Ferality + Rush relics.
Late
Stack Rush and Attack Speed. Keep feeding kills so Wild Flurry jumps. Crit/execute tools pair with Keen-Eyed boards.
Positioning
Mid lane slightly off the first-contact tile — close enough to leap between kills, far enough not to eat the opening volley.

Ranks C → S
Draft a duplicate or use an eligible campfire event to rank up. Art below shows each rank portrait for Nyx.

Rank C
Base kit — the active ability is equipped and the starting stat line applies.
- C — start with the active ability and base kit.
- B — lock one of three specialization paths.
- A / S — take the rank stat package, then draft class modifiers.
Abilities
Kit text from the Demo dump, plus short notes on how to play around each ability.
Active

Wild Flurry
activePerform a 1-hit combo. Each hit counts as an auto attack that deals 0 (+ 200% Attack Speed , + 300% Magic , + 300% Attack )% damage. If the enemy dies during the combo, Nyx jumps to the nearest enemy and re-casts this ability.
In practice: The reset on kill is the hero. Target order matters: set up a killable first target so she chains into the rest.
Passives

The Keen-Eyed
passiveAssassins and Duelists instantly kill any enemies they damage below 1 (+ 0% rank )% Max HP. Backup.
In practice: Lean into Assassin / Duelist / Max HP — itemize the stats this ability already scales with.

Ferality
passiveFor Rush (1), gain 5 (+ 0% Attack Speed ) Attack Speed and 5 (+ 25% Attack ) Attack for each time this ability has triggered this combat. Every 12 auto attacks, refresh all of Nyx's Rush abilities.
In practice: Play around Rush windows: pair Rush relics and do not expect burst before the threshold.

The Spark
passiveAfter Stall (1), each auto attack inflicts 1 per 50 Attack Speed Burn. After Stall (10), each auto attack inflicts 1 (+ 1 per 50 Attack Speed ) Frost. After Stall (50), each auto attack inflicts 1 per 50 Attack Speed Poison.
In practice: Values Stall tempo — stall-trigger relics and a board that lives into mid-fight pay off.
Specializations
Rank B paths that reshape how Nyx scales through a run.

The Keen-Eyed
Assassins and Duelists instantly kill any enemies they damage below 1 (+ 0% rank )% Max HP. Backup.
When to pick: Team execute for Assassins/Duelists. Take when you run that tribal and want Cleanup, not only Nyx damage.
The Wild
Passive description pending.
When to pick: Ferality / Rush stacking carry path — default when Nyx is your main DPS.

The Spark
After Stall (1), each auto attack inflicts 1 per 50 Attack Speed Burn. After Stall (10), each auto attack inflicts 1 (+ 1 per 50 Attack Speed ) Frost. After Stall (50), each auto attack inflicts 1 per 50 Attack Speed Poison.
When to pick: Stall DoT autos (Burn → Frost → more). Take on Stall boards; weaker if fights are pure Rush races.

FAQ
Common questions when this hero shows up in the shop or draft.
Is Nyx good in Guildrun?
One of the highest ceilings in the Demo when protected early. One of the worst feels if she tanks the opener. Buy her with a plan for who eats the first hit.
What class is Nyx?
Duelist. Role focus: Rush-refresh melee carry who re-casts on kills and stacks Ferality.
What relics work with Nyx?
Duelist Rhythm/Outbreak/Fury pieces, Rush amplifiers, and Attack Speed. Add Stall tools only if you took Spark.
How do you play Nyx?
Tank the opener for her, stack Rush/AS, let Wild Flurry reset on kills, and take Wild/Ferality for solo carry or Keen-Eyed for Assassin/Duelist tribal.
Tips
- If she dies first every fight, you do not need more Attack — you need a tank and better placement.
- Reset chaining fails when the first target is too tanky; soften or aim her at the squishy.
