Guildrun Reyna Build
Warrior Shield Core
Reyna and Logan build a Warrior front that lives through contact; Kai turns shields and survival into finishing damage.
When to pick it: Take this when Warrior banners / shield items keep appearing, or when fights last long enough for permanent growth and shield conversion to matter.
How it plays
Play for survival first. Win the opening exchange with shields and Defense, then let Logan / Kai convert leftover durability into damage. Do not greed glass cannons into the front three slots.
Gameplan
- Early: two Warriors before fancy carries. Rowan’s Tank/Vanguard flex is fine if Reyna is missing.
- Rank B the Warrior who is already winning trades — usually Logan for growth or Reyna for tempo shields.
- Shop filter: Warrior + Shield text first. Crit pieces are secondary once the wall holds.
- Late: one big item on the finisher (Kai / Logan), not three mediocre spreads.
Positioning
Logan or Reyna on the dive hex. Kai can sit secondary front or pocket if he needs to live into mid-fight. Keep any flex Mage/Mystic off the first hit.
Core Heroes
Flex / Substitutes
Use these when a core pick is missing or the shop pushes a different angle.
Priority Relics
Priority Items

Runic Buckler
At start of combat, the holder gains a Shield equal to 60% of their Defense.

Guardian's Lantern
At start of combat, the holder and adjacent Heroes gain a Shield equal to 400% of the holder's Max HP.

Amulet of Shields
Whenever the holder applies Shields, apply 100% more.

Shattering Charm
Whenever the holder Shields another Hero, damage all enemies equal to 100% of the Shield applied.
Practical tips
- If you never apply shields, Shattering Charm and Amulet of Shields are dead weight — fix applicators first.
- Skorn flexes when you need retaliation Tank instead of a third Warrior.
- This board is slow: buy economy help so you can afford Rank spikes before challenge nodes.
Strengths
- Very sturdy against early burst
- Shield / Warrior shops are easy to evaluate
- Scales well into long fights and challenge modes
Weaknesses
- Slow clear speed without a dedicated damage spike
- Feels weak if shield relics never show
- Can brick if you draft three walls and no finisher
